Download form to order holiday songs for your favorite people performed by the C.S. Choir

Purchase student-made Community School house ornaments for your holiday tree or as gifts for family and friends. The students will individualize each ornament with the name(s) of your choice. Each ornament is $5. Purchase your ornaments during morning drop off (8:15-8:45 a.m.), after school (3:15-6:00 p.m.), or use this order form.
