A non-refundable application fee of $30 must accompany each admissions application submitted. New students are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $150 at the time of enrollment. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required when a child is enrolled or re-enrolled. This deposit is credited toward tuition.
Community School accepts payments by cash or check. We do not accept credit cards. Parents may pay tuition in two installments, due in July and January, or in ten (10) monthly payments, July through April. The administrative fee for the monthly payments is 7%. The monthly payment plan is offered as a convenience to our families. If any tuition payment is not received in the school office by the last day of the due month, a late fee will be charged. If a child is withdrawn before the end of the semester, the full tuition for the semester is due. A penalty fee will be charged for withdrawals prior to second semester.
