Re-Enrollment through Sycamore

How to Re-enroll for 2022-2023 

Community School is gradually making the shift towards using Sycamore School as our online information platform. Sycamore is a secure, online community used by schools around the world. Once we complete the shift, you will be able to access school news, calendar events, classroom web pages, your child’s student records and more on one platform. We are beginning the shift with the 2022-2023 re-enrollment process and will be implementing more features next year.

Step 1: Create an account with Sycamore School

You will receive an email from Sycamore inviting you to create an account. Please make a note of your username, password, and our school identification number (4130) for future logins. If you don’t receive a Sycamore email by March 17, please check your spam folder. If you need the invitation to be re-sent, or have technology issues with Sycamore, please contact amandae@communityschool.net.

Step 2: Navigate to the re-enrollment section

After creating your account and logging in, select the following menu options on the left-hand side of the page:

  1. My School
  2. Enrollment
  3. Online Portal

Note: If you are returning at a later time to complete the re-enrollment, visit sycamoreschool.com to log in then navigate to the re-enrollment section. You can also access the login page through the Sycamore button on the Current Families page of our website.

Step 3: Complete the returning student Enrollment Application*

All current students in your family should appear at the bottom of the page. Click on each student’s name, then Start Application, to complete their re-enrollment. We have already entered your family contact information and child’s emergency/medical information from the current school year. Please review and update that information as you go through the form. You will also be asked to upload a recent photo of your child and to choose what information (phone number, address, etc.) you would like shared with other CS families in the Family Directory. Complete all sections for each child and click “Submit.” 

*We are not asking you to re-apply to Community School. Sycamore includes re-enrollment under admissions and labels the form Enrollment Application.

Step 4: Turn in your non-refundable tuition deposit of $200 per child by March 31

Checks can be mailed, left in our locked payment box, or handed to our staff when you drop off or pick up your child. Cash payments should be brought to the school office.
