Our Theme for the 2026-2027 School Year
In June, following CS tradition, our full staff met to choose a theme for the upcoming year. Just as our students learn to compromise and collaborate in the classroom, our staff shares ideas and inspirations, and works together to find consensus. Once the theme is chosen, we begin brainstorming ways to incorporate it throughout the year. Our theme for the 2026-2027 school year is “Worlds Within.”
This theme encourages us to take a closer look at our place within our different communities—home, school, and beyond. It inspires us to approach the world with a microscopic lens, examining the tiny worlds beneath a rock, within a drop of water, or inside a piece of art or song. And it creates space for us to look within ourselves as we work toward growth and progress.
We look forward to a welcoming students to campus and exploring this theme together!
