1) Max B. (Seminar class of 1999) will be promoted to Captain in the U.S. Army on June 1. The next day he will graduate from the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. The following week, he and his wife, Sarah, will report to Fort Gordon in August, GA, where Max will begin his three-year residency in emergency medicine at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital.
2) Beth F. (Seminar class of 2001) was recently accepted to the University of Vienna in Austria where she will attend classes next year as she pursues her dream of becoming a Spanish and German book translator.
3) Erin C. (Seminar class of 2005) is currently in Krakow, Poland, where she is pursuing a course of study in European history and the evolution of national identity. She just completed her junior year at Goucher College where she is majoring in history.
